Straight answers

How we handle your data.

The plain-English version. The full legal detail is in our privacy policy.

She always says she's an AI

Every call opens the same way: Sayora tells the caller up front that she's an AI answering for your business. Nobody is tricked into thinking they're talking to a person, and you never have to explain it after the fact.

Calls are recorded, and callers can opt out

The same opening makes clear the call is recorded and may be reviewed by a human. A caller who would rather not be recorded can decline and ask for you to ring them back directly, so nobody is forced to choose between their privacy and reaching you.

Recordings delete themselves

Call audio is kept for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically. Transcripts stay with your account, so your lead history doesn't vanish with the audio.

Sensitive details are scrubbed automatically

Callers sometimes blurt out things they shouldn't, like a full card number. Sayora scrubs twelve categories of sensitive personal data from the stored transcript and recording automatically, so a slip on the phone doesn't end up sitting in your records.

We only share what the service needs to run

Answering a phone takes a handful of specialist providers: Twilio carries the calls, Retell AI runs the live conversation (using Deepgram to transcribe, Anthropic's Claude to think, and ElevenLabs for the voice), Supabase holds the database, and The SMS Works delivers your texts. Every one of them is bound by a data-processing agreement.

We never sell personal data, and nobody on that list gets to use it for their own marketing. The full subprocessor list lives in the privacy policy.

Cancel and it's gone

Close your account and your data sits safely archived for six months in case you come back, then everything is purged: call records, transcripts, lead summaries, the lot. You'll get an email seven days before the deletion and another once it's done. Want it gone sooner? Just ask, and it is.
