Sayora books straight into your Cal.com.
Sayora is the AI receptionist that answers your calls. Connect Cal.com and she books callers into your existing event types, live on the line, honouring every availability rule and buffer you've already set.
From ringing phone to booked slot.
She answers and reads your Cal.com
Sayora pulls your live Cal.com availability, so she only offers the times your own rules say you're free.
The caller picks a slot
She creates the booking in Cal.com with the caller's details, mid-call, exactly as if they'd filled in your booking page themselves.
Plans change, she keeps up
Reschedules and cancellations on later calls flow straight back through Cal.com and into your Sayora app.
Your booking rules, answered by phone.
Your Cal.com setup, respected
Event types, durations, buffers, minimum notice, working hours. Everything you've configured in Cal.com is honoured, because she books through it, not around it.
Confirmations the way you already do them
Cal.com sends its usual confirmation and reminder emails. Callers get the experience you've already set up, with none of the wait.
Your booking page still works
Nothing changes about the link you already share. Sayora simply becomes a second way in, for the people who'd rather just phone.
Booked live, not chased
The caller doesn't wait for a callback and you don't play phone tag. The slot is confirmed before they hang up.
Every booking in your pocket
Each appointment mirrors into the Sayora app alongside the lead, so your diary and your call history never drift apart.

Do I need a Cal.com account?
Yes. You connect your existing Cal.com account to Sayora in a couple of clicks. If you don't have one yet, setting one up is quick and free to start.
What does Sayora use from Cal.com?
Your event types and availability, so she offers callers the right slots, and permission to create, reschedule, and cancel bookings on your behalf. She works within the account you connect and nothing beyond the booking feature.
Will it respect my buffers and availability rules?
Yes. Because Sayora books through Cal.com, every rule you've set is honoured: durations, buffers between jobs, minimum notice, and the hours you've marked available. She can't offer a slot your own settings would refuse.
Does my Cal.com booking page still work?
Completely. The integration doesn't touch your public booking link or change how it behaves. Sayora just adds a phone route into the same diary.
What details does Sayora collect before booking?
Whatever your event type asks for: the caller's name and number, and any custom booking questions you've set up in Cal.com. She gathers them on the call, then books.
Is my booking data secure?
Yes. Your Cal.com connection tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to run the booking feature you switched on. We never sell your data, use it to serve ads, or use it to train AI models.
Can I disconnect whenever I want?
Any time, with one click on the Calendar page in your Sayora portal. When you disconnect, Sayora stops booking through Cal.com and takes your connection tokens out of use straight away.
Do I have to use Cal.com?
No. The integration is optional. You can connect Google Calendar instead, or run Sayora with no calendar at all and simply take every lead by text.
Want the full legal detail? It's in our privacy policy and terms of service. Prefer a different diary? See the Google Calendar integration.
