We're early. One simple plan with everything in means you don't have to second-guess which tier you need, and we don't have to guess what to charge for what. As we build more and learn what businesses actually use, we'll add higher tiers for heavier needs. The £49 plan stays as the way in.
Is £49 an early-access price? +
Yes. It's the price while we onboard our first customers. Come in now and you keep £49 as we grow.
What does unlimited minutes mean? +
Sayora answers every call your business gets, with no per-minute charge and no overage. Fair use applies; if a number is being abused we'll talk to you first. For a normal business phone line you'll never think about minutes.
What counts as a 'call'? +
Any inbound call Sayora picks up. A typical trades call runs 2-3 minutes. With unlimited minutes it doesn't change your bill either way.
Can Sayora book appointments? +
Yes. Connect your calendar and Sayora offers your real availability on the call and books the slot, so the job's in the diary before the caller hangs up. Works with Google Calendar and Cal.com today; more calendars on the way.
What does Sayora sound like? +
A real, warm British voice, and you choose her. Pick from our curated voice options in your Sayora app, with samples to listen to. More voices are on the way.
Can my customers tell she's an AI? +
If they ask directly, yes. Sayora's honest and will never claim to be human. But the voice is realistic enough that most callers don't ask.
Does Sayora announce that she's an AI? +
Yes, at the start of every call, every time. UK regulators have started fining companies for deceptive automated calls. Sayora tells every caller she's an AI, so you never go near that line.
Whose number do callers see, yours or mine? +
Yours. Sayora answers using your business number, never a generic provider line. Ofcom-compliant CLI presentation. The customer sees you, not us.
Can I keep my existing number? +
Yes. We give you a dedicated UK landline for your area code. You set up call forwarding from your existing number, so customers still ring the number they know. You keep your number with your existing carrier; we don't touch it.
What if I want a real person instead? +
